Regional Remote & Community Museums Day Registration

Inclusions:
- attendance on Thursday 21 May at the Regional Remote & Community Museums Day (RR&CM Day)
- morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch at the RR&CM Day.
- one ticket to the RR&CM Welcome Reception.

Tickets for all social functions other than the RR&CM Welcome Reception are to be purchased separately as they are not included in the RR&CM Day registration.

If you are registered to attend the full conference there is no no additional cost to attend the RR&CM Day, but eligibility criteria apply. All delegates wishing to attend the RR&CM Day must register their interest to attend via the registration process. Please click here for further details.

Bursary Applications

Bursary applications will open in November 2014 and close on Monday 2 February 2015. Successful applicants will be notified from mid-March 2015.

The Conference Organising Committee is pleased to be able to make a number of bursaries available for the Museums Australia National Conference to be held in Sydney from 21-24 May 2015.

Different levels of Bursary funding are being offered to applicants. An applicant may receive a Bursary towards the costs of travel, accommodation and conference registration, or payment of the conference registration fee only.

Bursaries are made available to assist unpaid workers (volunteers), part-time workers and full-time students from local, regional, remote museums, galleries and keeping places to attend the full conference program. A number of bursaries are available for full-time paid workers employed in small museums (including local government).

Cancellation Policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Museums Australia National Conference 2015 after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before 17 April 2015 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after 17 April 2015 are not refundable. Exceptions are at the discretion of the Organising Committee. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

Payment of Fees

All conference and function payments must be received prior to the Conference. If payment for your registration type is not received by the due date, your registration type will be changed to the next registration level.

All communication with registered delegates will be by email. If you register and do not receive a confirmation email within five working days please contact the Conference Secretariat on 02 6281 6624 or email conference@conlog.com.au.
